We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mac Duggal purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unworn garments with original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be initiated through our official online portal.

Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and ensure all designer tags, security loops, and polybags are intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the garment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
